Foundation Copyright Policy

1. Ownership of Digital Assets

All digital files, including but not limited to architectural plans, CAD details, design templates, professional templates, educational guides, and other downloadable resources (“Digital Assets”) sold or distributed by Foundation (the “Company”), are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise specified. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Permitted Use
Upon purchase or authorized download of Digital Assets, Foundation grants the purchaser or authorized user (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Assets solely for personal and/or professional purposes in accordance with the scope described at the time of purchase or download.

Personal/Professional Use: Licensee may modify or incorporate the Digital Assets into personal or professional projects, provided such modifications do not infringe upon the Company’s intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Commercial Distribution: Licensee shall not re-sell, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the original or modified Digital Assets in any manner that competes with or duplicates the Company’s products or services without prior written consent from the Company.

3. Unauthorized Use & Restrictions
Licensee must not:

Reproduce or Distribute: Copy, reproduce, or share the Digital Assets in original or modified form beyond the scope of the permitted use described in Section 2.

Rebrand or Claim Ownership: Remove or alter any copyright notices, proprietary labels, or other identifying marks, or claim ownership of the Digital Assets.

Sell, Rent, or Sub-License: Offer the Digital Assets for sale, rent, or sub-license to any third party without express written permission from Foundation.

4. Copyright Infringement & Enforcement

Reporting Violations: If you become aware of any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Company’s Digital Assets, please notify us at info@Foundation-Architects.com.

Legal Remedies: The Company reserves the right to take all appropriate legal action against any individual or entity that violates this Copyright Policy. This may include issuing cease-and-desist letters, pursuing damages, or seeking injunctive relief.

5. Termination of License
The Company reserves the right to terminate any license granted to Licensee if it is determined that the Licensee has breached this Copyright Policy. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Digital Assets, remove any copies in their possession, and confirm destruction or deletion of the Digital Assets if requested by the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or fitness of the Digital Assets for a specific purpose. In no event shall Foundation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Digital Assets, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications to this Policy
Foundation may modify or update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its business practices, legal requirements, or for other reasons. Continued use of the Digital Assets following any update constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Copyright Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
